Job Description:
The Process Engineer provides lead and support planned projects/improvements and identifies opportunities for continual process improvements for various operations across multiple clients. Plan, develop and implement solutions for these improvements using sound engineering principles, Six Sigma methodology, and Lean manufacturing techniques.
Job Requirements
- Adherence to compliance within the technology – compliance parameters will be trained
- Development of technical documentation used in the training & development for users
- Leadership in the evolution and development of processes with emphasis on manual workflows against software automation
- Experience and leadership in all aspects of process improvement
- Strong ability to identify process flaws, documentation of bugs and scalable ways to address bugs
- Natural ability for training others on processes and software concepts
- Other related duties as assigned or required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS degree or higher
- Healthcare experience a plus but not required
- Flexible, self-motivated, and team oriented
- Strong non-woven technical background which can be applied to the process
- Understanding of Scrum/Agile approaches in technology
- Ability to learn new software platforms efficiently
- Computer skills desirable, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, MiniTab
